Priests may be given this spellbook as a starting spellbook, while Wizards may receive this as their starting non-force bolt spellbook.
Effects
Casting this spell simply cures intrinsic blindness.
Strategy
As there are multiple methods to cure blindness, including unicorn horns and spells of healing (at Skilled) and extra healing, the spell is rarely of much value outside on-demand confusion, and the spellbook a prime candidate for polypiling or blanking and overwriting.
